Today I want you all to know MEC157 Pat Leclerc will be taking over as our CEO.  For several years now Pat and I have been working together on all the things that happen in the background and what it takes to make these systems we use run.   Last week I asked him to replace me as CEO and he said he would.

At this time let's all welcome him to the CEO position and I ask that you give him all the wonderful support you have given me for the last decade.   It has been an honor to be a part of helping MEC continue on after our founder chose to leave due to family and RW work pressures.  Basically Pat and I are swapping jobs here and I am pleased he agreed to take this on.

Please let me know if you have any questions and give Pat all your support to keep Mirage going for many more years.  Let Pat know if you have suggestions and/or issues that could make Mirage better.
