Description: This tour is a first for Mirage in that we are honoring Tom for cracking the 5000 hour mark for Mirage flights. So we are posting a tour about his two favorite things; flying and fishing. NOTE: Airport 28J will show as K28J in this tour but if you don’t find that in your sim look for 28J. You will notice the suggested aircraft type varies on each leg. This tour celebrates the 50th anniversary of B.A.S.S, Bass Anglers Sportsman Society which started in 1968. Runs January to December. Although it sounds like fun, there's a tremendous amount of stress and pressure for them as this is a "pay for performance" job and the fact that they're competing with 150 of the best fishermen in the country. The current world record for the biggest largemouth bass was set by Manabu Kurita on July 2, 2009 with a 22-pound, 5-ounce, 29-inch monster caught on Lake Biwa in Japan. The previous record had been standing since June 2, 1932 when George Perry caught a 22-pound, 4-ounce largemouth from Montgomery Lake in Georgia. George was just trying to feed his family by fishing that day. Fly your favorite aircraft from one tournament stop to another.
